Best teachers in the field of IIT-JEE. All the teachers at Insight are experienced IlTians. All the SGP students are taught throughout the year by IlTian faculty only. All the faculty members are well known at the national level for their contribution in the field of IIT-JEE teaching (You may refer to the media reports and texts authored by our teachers, available at Insight reception, for more details).

Same set of teacher teaches the complete course to the student. This ensures an excellent homogeneity throughout the course. At many coachings, the teachers change at the interval of every 2-3 months (as the batch changes) and the student is forced to completely re-adjust himself to the teaching style of the new teacher. This does not happen at Insight's selection guarantee program batch.

Stability of Faculty : Insight is known throughout India for the stability of its faculty members. While the faculty at most of the major coaching
institutes have the tendency to shift jobs in mid-session, thanks to our excellent HR department, the faculty at Insight has been highly stable right
from the inception of the institute. More than 75% of our faculty members has been continuously with us for more than five years.

Teaching Hours : More than 840 teaching hours contributed by Insight's teachers for foundation SGP classes, as compared to about 420 hours at other major institutes of Kota. The more the time a student spends with the teacher, the more efficient (and less time-taking) is the learning. Our teachers work hard themselves and believe in making the student work hard also for attaining a good rank in IIT-JEE.

Excellent Study Material : The backbone of our Selection Guarantee Program is the excellent Study material that we provide. The study material contains:
(i)       ProperTheory (Not just the formula lists).
(ii)      A large number of solved examples.
(iii)     Extensive subjective/objective problem sets having problems arranged in the order of difficulty.
(iv)     Sufficient number of questions for the practice of the new IIT-JEE pattern (Match the columns, comprehension and Assertion/reasoning).

Daily Tests : Daily tests are conducted to keep the students on their toes. Some students have the bad habit of studying properly only before the examination. SGP students develop a regular studying habit because of the daily tests.

Tips for improving test performance : After the tests, our teachers counsel the students needing extra guidance for improving their performance. Since all of ourteachers have qualified the IIT-JEE themselves, they have the first hand experience about the problems faced by students during IIT-JEE preparation, and are therefore able to provide effective guidance to the students.

Regular reports to the parents : Performance reports of the students are regularly sent to the parents (about once in a month). The parents can also enquire about student's performance telephonically.

Good Planning : To a foundation student, two years are available for preparation of IIT-JEE and XII CBSE. In the foundation SGP, we finish the complete IIT-JEE as well as XII CBSE portion in about 1.5 years. The remaining six months are reserved for a thorough revision of [IT-JEE and XII CBSE portion. This ensures a very solid, fool-proof preparation for IIT-JEE and XII CBSE.

Revision Tests : In the last six months of the two year preparation, during revision, a large number of topic-wise tests are taken so that the student develops complete command on every topic individually. After he/she has completed the preparation for every topic individually, a large number of full tests are taken. This results in a very thorough preparation for IIT-JEE.

Lecture Recording System : At Insight, all the lectures are video recorded and the recordings are made available at the institute so that the students can re-study any point that they missed during the lecture. The students who have completely missed a lecture because of any sufficiently serious reason are also permitted to view the recordings. Please note that the Lecture Recording System is not a facility to promote 'bunking' of lectures among the students. Any student who misses a lecture without sufficient reason will NOT be allowed to view the recordings.
