Rules and Regulations

1. The student must be regular and punctual throughout the course. Missing more than 10% classes due to any reason will disqualify him/her from the course immediately without refund of any fee.

2. Above 10% criterion does not give the student any right to miss a class. It is just an intolerable maximum limit beyond which the course becomes meaningless for an irregular student.

3. Every student must attend the classes in his/her assigned batch only.

4. The course schedule is bit heavy. It requires a lot of labour apart from intelligence. In order not to leave anything to chance, we engage the students more than any other coaching institute. They will be required to attend the work sessions compulsorily. They will have to attain a certain level of knowledge and speed in solving problems. Institute will guide them, excellent teaching and other facilities but students will have to put in hard work themselves.

5. Student must maintain strict discipline. Defaulters will be rusticated from the institute without refund of fee.

6. Our course material is exclusively for the use of our bonafide students only. Since we reserve all copy right privileges over this material, it shall not be redistributed, sold, loaned or copied. If a student is found to have allowed out study material to be misused, his/her enrolment with Insight will be terminated without refund of fee and action will be taken against such student as per copyright act.

7. Library facility is available. The students who want to take benefit of this facility will have to make a 'Library Deposit' at the time of admission. Library deposit is refundable at the time of leaving the institute.

8. Although arrangements for security of vehicles are made but institute will not be liable for theft of vehicles.

9. Punctuality is a must. Students coming late may not be allowed to enter the class.

10. Getting the attendance marked is a duty of student. The student should ensure that he has been marked present if he attends the class.

11. If there is a change in syllabus during the academic session, the institute on its own shall make all possible efforts to cover the revised syllabus. However, it will not be binding on the institute and no obligation for any such commitment shall be entertained in any case.

12. We reserve the right to deny admission to a student without giving any reason.

13. We have the right to make additions and alterations in the rules, working hours and time table as may be deemed necessary from time to time without any prior information.

14. In matters not covered in above rules and regulations, the decision of Insight director shall be final and binding on students and their guardians.

15. All disputes are subject to Kota jurisdiction only.

16. Admission will be given in the course for which student has applied. No change will be allowed during the session. This will be applicable to students of all the courses.

 Fee Refund Rules

1. The security deposit will be refunded to the student at the end of the course on submitting a photocopy of the documents required by the institute for claiming the results achieved by the students in various competitive examinations. The photocopies of the documents should be deposited at the institute well before the date of respective examinations. No security refunds will be granted if the student submits the abouve mentioned papers after the examination. Library deposit will be refunded on returning the library books in proper condition. 

2. Refund of tuition fee and security deposit is possible only in case if a student does not desire to continue the course and he submits an application to this effect within 15 days from the date of starting of the course. Since service tax is deposited with Government, it will not be refunded in any case.

3. In case of refund an amount of Rs. 300/- per lecture will be deducted from the tuition fee. Number of lecutres will be counted from the date of start of lectures held at Insight and not the number of lectures attended by the students up to the date of submission of refund application. Application must be submitted to the authorised person only. A copy of this application must bear receiver's signature (signed by the institute authority).

4. No refund of fee is possible if the student is expelled on disciplinary grounds.

5. If any changes are announced regarding the targeted examination, the institute will do it's best for preparing the students to face the new pattern but no fees will be refunded by the institute under any circumstances.
